REFUND POLICY FOR MERCHANDISE, EXCEPT AS EXCLUDED BELOW
NVAR Realtor® Store will give a full refund for merchandise (except as excluded below) if the item has not been used and is returned within ten days of purchase. Merchandise must be in new saleable condition. NVAR Realtor® Store cash register receipt is required.

REFUND POLICY FOR CDs, MEDIA AND SOFTWARE:
To receive a full refund for CDs, Media and/or Software, the following conditions must be met:

•      SIGNED CASH REGISTER RECEIPT
        Bring the NVAR Store signed receipt received at the time the merchandise was purchased. A sales receipt for the item must accompany all refund requests.
  
       
•      CREDIT CARD
        If your merchandise was purchased with a credit, or debit card bring the exact same card with you. NOTE: If the merchandise was charged, any refunded amount will be credited back to the same card with which the merchandise was purchased; cash is not paid out for merchandise previously charged.
  
       
•      COMPLETE AND IN GOOD CLEAN CONDITION
        Merchandise must be complete, clean, unmarked, and undamaged.
  
  LOCKBOXES AND BOOKS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

CONDITION
NVAR Store reserves all rights and the sole discretion of determining the condition of any merchandise being submitted for return and refund.
