Earning the Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI) designation is a way to stand out to prospective home buyers and sellers as a Realtor® who has gained in-depth market knowledge, increased proficiency in a broad array of subjects to enhance professionalism and business success.

CRS 202: Effective Buyer Sales Strategies (CRS)

Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation (SRES)
This two day training program offers real estate agents the unique opportunity to learn and build key skills in counseling adults age 50+ though selling their family home, buying rental property, moving to a senior community, among many other issues. CRS 201: Listing Strategies for the Residential Specialist (CRS)
This two day training program takes students through an actual listing presentation, which helps them understand the key steps in this process and create a system for success. Course Content: conducting an effective listing presentation, seller guidance and counseling, pricing a home to sell, closing techniques, marketing pland & servicing systems and sellers' needs & motivations.
