The NVAR Brokerage Transfer Form is a form used to let NVAR Member Services Staff know when an active NVAR member has decided to move from one brokerage to another.

Be sure to include your new email address!  Once your information updates in our system, an email confirmation goes to the updated email address.

Even if the member is staying within the same brokerage, but moving to a different location, this form is still applicable.


Step 1:

Let the Licensing Board know of the change. Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR).

Step 2:

Let NVAR know of your change by completing the Transfer section (ONLY) on the Brokerage Transfer Form and return to membership@nvar.com.

*Please allow 2-3 business days for NVAR to process your Brokerage Transfer Form.


Please note the following:

  • Submitting an NVAR Brokerage Transfer Form is the best and most efficient way to update your brokerage information. You will not be able to change your member information through the Member Dashboard. However, you can check to make sure this information has been updated via your Member Dashboard. Please allow 72 hours from submitting the Brokerage Transfer Form for this update to take effect.
  • Bright MLS will not be updated with the submission of this form. The member will need to contact Bright MLS directly. They can be contacted at: 1-844-55-BRIGHT.
  • A broker signature is required in order for the Brokerage Form to be processed.
