‘Twas the season for holiday joy at NVAR. On Friday, December 3, 2021, NVAR Cares held an event called Winter Wonderland. This fun-filled event was enjoyed by all!

The afternoon was filled with joyous activities that made everyone’s heart sing. Speaking of singers, we had carolers come out to serenade those in attendance. Whilst listening to Christmas carols, event-goers had the opportunity to visit vendor booths of local charities.

      


Did we mention that there were gingerbread houses? At the event, attendees were able to participate in a holiday gingerbread-house-making contest. This contest was enjoyed by our members and their children, which made it all the more special.

The best part of the event was the gift card tree! During the event, members donated gift cards to the students of Graham Road Elementary School. We collected SO MANY gift cards for the children. Our members truly made an impact on a child in need.

The holiday spirit was felt far and wide at this event, and everyone left with a cheery smile on their faces!
