Professional Standards & Arbitration Committee members are responsible for serving on the hearing panels that are convened to review either ethics complaints or arbitration claims that have been forwarded by the Grievance Committee for a formal hearing.  
 
Hearings are scheduled primarily on Thursdays at 1:30p (and other days as needed), and five Professional Standards Committee members are assigned to each hearing date. The members of this committee, following a full due process hearing, are charged with issuing a determination based upon the facts and evidence presented by each party at the hearing.
