Pursuant to Virginia Real Estate Board regulation 18VAC135-20-190, print advertising by a real estate licensee must include at a minimum (i) the Licensee’s name and (ii) firm’s licensed name (See also Standard of Practice 12-5).

Remember, all advertising must be under the direct supervision of the principal/supervising broker. Brokers are free to add additional requirements over and above those set by the regulations.
