Meet the Presenters:
Joe Martin, Keller Williams Capital Properties
Joe Martin, originally from South Florida, moved to Washington, D.C., to attend The Catholic University of America, where he played football and earned a degree in Finance. After working in hospitality, he transitioned to real estate in 2012. Joe began his real estate career as the Operations and Finance Manager at Keller Williams in D.C. Within four years, he was leading the division, overseeing eight locations across the DMV. He helped launch three additional offices and returned in 2018 as the CEO of the Keller Williams D.C. offices. From 2018 to 2021, Joe grew the office from 280 to over 440 agents and increased closed sales volume from $800 million to $1.7 billion. He currently serves as the Regional Director for Keller Williams, serving over 40 locations and 3,800 agents across Virginia and West Virginia.
Kyle Holloran, Keller Williams Alliance Group
Kyle Holloran, a native of Northern Virginia, is a real estate broker in both Virginia and Maryland. He entered the industry immediately after college in 2009 and has a passion for brokerage leadership and development. Kyle began his career in Hampton Roads, VA, with a stop in Richmond and has been in the Northern Virginia market now since 2015. Kyle is an Operating Principal and leads over 950 agents across seven different offices within the Commonwealth. The purpose of business is to fund a perfect life, and the ability to identify and retain top talent is crucial to achieving that in this industry. Kyle is married to his wife, Elyse and has three small children.
