Maurice L Hampton is a highly respected Speaker, Trainer, and  Consultant in the real estate and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) fields. With a broad range of certifications, including ABR, AHWD, MRP, RENE, RSPS, SRS, and PSA, Hampton has established himself as a top authority in the real estate industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Service Management and is pursuing his Master of Science in International Real Estate. Hampton has trained for several organizations worldwide, including the National Association of REALTORS® and the Ghana Real Estate Professional Association. 

Over the previous 10 years of his speaking career, he has trained more than 1000 individuals. As the former President of the Chicago Association of Realtors, he has received numerous awards, including Realtor of the Year, Distinguished Partner Award, and Presidents Award. Hampton has implemented diversity programs in organizations and companies of all sizes, demonstrating his commitment to creating inclusive workplaces.

2/5 - Global Real Estate: Local Markets - Learn how the global economy impacts your local real estate market and be prepared to serve foreign clients and customers in your local market.

2/6 - Global Real Estate: Transaction Tools - Learn to measure investment performance and understand effects of taxes and exchange rates on investment.  

2/7 - Africa & International Real Estate - Learn about the geography, demographics, government, economy, and real estate sectors in 11 countries, and you will be introduced to our newest bilateral partners in Ghana, Nigeria, and South Africa. 

2/8 - Asia/Pacific & International Real Estate - This course will cover real estate practices in Asia and the Pacific with emphasis on cultural influences, economic trends and assessment of investment opportunities.                                   

2/9 - Europe & International Real Estate  - This course will cover information on working with clients in the Europe, the European Union & its impact on international real estate including marketing and selling practices.

Anyone can take the CIPS courses, but only REALTOR® members in good standing of the National Association of REALTORS® can apply for the CIPS designation."
