Meet the Speakers:

Stacy Holscher

Stacy Holscher- Moderator

Stacy a licensed Broker in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. As the proud wife of a retired US Army Veteran, her passion for Real Estate formed over several military moves and her desire to educate, advocate and guide clients through the major life milestone of buying and selling home. Stacy is a Supervising Broker in Virginia and manages a team of all-star Agents, closing over 550 transactions in 2021 with extraordinarily high level of client satisfaction. She has been recognized by her Brokerage nationally for her training and coaching contributions. Stacy currently serves at NVAR as the Chair of the Grievance Committee and a member of the Leadership Development and Awards Advisory Group. On the state level, she currently serves on the VAR Risk Management Committee. Stacy is passionate about promoting ethics, professionalism and Realtor advocacy through education, leadership opportunities and increased Broker involvement. She greatly enjoys giving back to her industry and her community.

Dan aminoff

Dan Aminoff

Daniel H. Aminoff, CMB, AMP, a Producing Sales Manager for Citizens Bank, N.A., has over 40 years of experience in the mortgage finance business. He started his career in California in Retail residential lending and over the years has managed production in all channels of the business, including Multi- Family, Wholesale, and Correspondent Lending. He has been lending in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area for 24 Years. Dan joined Citizens in July of 2018.  Prior to Citizens One, Dan was an Area Manager for Union Home Mortgage.  Prior to Union Home Mortgage, Dan held various management positions with EverBank, JPMorgan Chase Bank and Washington Mutual.  Dan is a subject matter expert in the field of residential lending and holds the distinguished Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB®) and Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designations from the Mortgage Bankers Association of America. Dan is a graduate of the University of California, Davis, where he earned a BA in Economics and International Relations. He is a former college football official and enjoys travel. Dan resides in Alexandria, Virginia, with his wife and two very active children.

Colleen Sweeney is a Settlement Attorney at MBH Settlement Group. Colleen has been celebrating closings with clients in the Northern Virginia area for the last several years.  Colleen has 20+ years of legal experience ranging from drafting complex contracts, representing clients in litigation, and conducting real estate closings.  Colleen has represented clients at hearings ranging from administrative in nature to the Supreme Court of the United States and the Commonwealth of Virginia.  She is an active member of the legal community and a lifelong resident of Northern Virginia.

Christine has been a top producing Realtor® in Northern Virginia since 1988.  She assists buyers and sellers of real estate by providing exceptional customer service, informed advice with integrity, and a fun a rewarding transaction.  Christine is passionate about the real estate industry and truly loves working with and helping people.

In addition to serving as the Board of Directors President in 2019 at the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors®, Christine also volunteers on committees at the Virginia Association of Realtors® (VAR), and the National Association of Realtors® (NAR).

With more than 25 years of experience as a mortgage banker and title attorney, Marty began his legal career with Ridgway and Griffin in Rockville, Maryland. Rising to the rank of partner and subsequent co-owner of the firm’s title company, Universal Settlements, LLC, he conducted thousands of settlements. 

Marty brought his dedication and experience to KVS Title, LLC, where he focuses his time on conducting residential and commercial real estate settlements and teaching continuing education courses for real estate professionals. He serves as Chief Operating Officer, and in such capacity oversees all day-to-day operations of the company. He is an affiliate member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors, and the District of Columbia Association of Realtors.

Prior to becoming a professional home inspector and owning his own business, Eric attended McGill University in Montreal Canada, where he earned a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Electrical). He spent almost two decades in the semiconductor industry as an applications engineer, supporting customers, training salespeople, field applications engineers and, customers. Additionally, Eric visited customers in numerous European and Asian countries providing on-site technical support, presenting new product overviews, and working closely with strategic customers to define new products.
