Sarah Jernigan

Starting her real estate career working with local builders in new home construction, Sarah decided to widen her knowledge by becoming a Realtor ®. Spending the last five years working for two of the area’s top real estate teams she knows the business inside and out from handling over 100 transactions personally. By working with the best in the area, Sarah could take best practices to make for a great transaction for her clients! As member of National Association of Realtors and Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, she stays on top of the latest laws and trends in real estate. She is focused on listening to a client’s needs, proactively working to help them find the perfect home and thinking outside the box to creatively solve challenges.

Ava’s more than 25 years of service experience helps her keep pace and adapt to the rapid growth of a changing economy while maintaining exacting standards and integrity. As a REALTOR® and the AVA HOMES team lead, she takes great pride and enjoys building strong relationships with her clients and will clearly assist her clients so they know their options to help every real estate transaction be a profitable one. Ava attributes her success to her vast marketing and advertising strategies, partners, market knowledge, exclusive contact base and true love of taking care of her clients. Whether it is selling or buying a home, or making an investment, Ava takes the extra steps to ensure the selling and buying process is seamless by applying her standard of care and following through each and every time to diminish any stress or anxiety associated with such a large investment (both monetary and emotional).

 




 

After graduating from the University of Maryland with my degree in accounting, Krasi worked at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation for 11 years. She loved the many opportunities and challenges from entry level auditor to division director. But, real estate tugged at her heart.

Finally, in 1986, She took the leap of faith and changed careers. There is nothing more rewarding than for Krasi then to see her clients reach their goals. Helping a client buy their first home is just as exciting for Krasi today as it was then. She loves how much my clients care about their children’s success and how carefully they chose the right home for their families.

Adam grew up in Northern Virginia and graduated from Virginia Tech. He has worked in the new home building industry for over 35 years,  starting as a laborer during the summer while in high school and college. Adam has sold new homes for Miller and Smith Homes, Gosnell Homes, and currently with the Neighborhoods of EYA for the last 25 years. He is now selling Sutton Heights which is my 14th EYA community. He has won MAME New Homes Sales Person of the Year, MAME Sales Team of The Year, GALA Too Sales Person of the Year, Top New Home Sales Producer numerous times, and Silver Award for New Home Sales at the Nationals.  Adam has his real estate license in both Virginia and Maryland and has sold thousands of new homes totaling well over half a billion dollars in sales. He most enjoys seeing how home ownership  change peoples’ lives for the better.
