VA Elective CE: 2 hours (Each course listed below will give one hour of elective continuing education credit)

Indoor Air Quality (1 hour) This course will educate real estate professionals on how indoor air quality can affect your health and how you can improve the air you breathe in your home with minimum fuss by learning the most effective strategies for improving the air in very inexpensive and easy ways.

Identifying Structural Deficiencies (1 hour) This course covers the implications of various structural problems and possible solutions.  You will learn techniques for determining if a house is leaning, the differences between a settlement crack and a shrinkage crack, the implications of a floor sloping toward an outside wall, and what kind of interior cracks are serious.
