This course educates the Real Estate professional in what a good home inspection should include and what a home inspection cannot include.  It also details the requirements of Home Inspectors under the Virginia State licensing regulations.  By increasing their understanding of what realtors should expect from the home inspection they can set proper expectations for their clients.
