MD CE: 1.5 hours (elective) 

Every real estate transaction presents potential legal pitfalls for the real estate licensee and their clients. Legal snafus, based on both statutory and common law causes of action for a variety of issues: misrepresentation or non-disclosure of property conditions, breach of fiduciary duty, negligent referral, and unlawful discrimination, to name a few could arise. This class will help you do your best to avoid these issues.

Cancellation requests are subject to a $5 processing fee.  Course transfers are not accepted.  “No Shows” will forfeit their registration fee.

The class will be held via Zoom.  You will be emailed the course link by Maryland Land & Title Association a day prior to the course.  All registrants must have a functioning webcam to earn credit and consent to being recorded.  You must be on time.
