Bill Horgan is the President and owner of Realty Exchange Corporation, a qualified intermediary for Section 1031 tax-deferred exchanges which has successfully structured tens of thousands of exchanges since 1990. Bill is a retired board member of the Federation of Exchange Accommodators (FEA), the national organization of Qualified Intermediaries, and carries the Certified Exchange Specialist® (CES®) designation. He is a part president of FEA and received its President's award for outstanding dedication and service twice. He is actively involved with exchange regulations at the state and national level with Congress, IRS, and Treasury. Bill has been instructing on the subject of 1031 exchanges for over 20 years.
