This course is designed for agents to understand the fundamentals of government homebuyer programs and their opportunities and limitations.

Cancellation requests are subject to a $5 processing fee.  Course transfers are not accepted.  “No Shows” will forfeit their registration fee.

The class will be held via Zoom.  You will be emailed the course link by Maryland Land & Title Association a day prior to the course.  All registrants must have a functioning webcam to earn credit and consent to being recorded.  You must be on time.
