Michelle Doherty

Michelle's passion for real estate began early as her Nana's apprentice in interior design. After graduating from Christopher Newport University in 2011, she explored real estate and earned her license in 2015. With experience selling hundreds of homes in the DC Metro area, she joined RLAH and was named a REALTOR® Magazine 30 Under 30 Honoree in 2019. In 2022, she was elected to the Virginia Realtors® Board of Directors and graduated from the NAR Leadership Academy. Michelle most recently was honored to serve as the 2024 NAR YPN Chair & 2025 Vice Chair for the NAR Pro-Standards Forum. She had her biggest year yet, selling over $45 million in 2024. Outside work, she enjoys time with her daughter Izzy, fiancé Alex, and their dogs Riley and Honey. 

Chris Perry

Chris Perry is a successful Realtor® in the Washington Metropolitan Area, licensed in DC and MD. He prides himself on providing excellent customer service to his clients throughout the entire home buying and selling process. Chris leverages his strong relationships with colleagues and high-quality vendors to ensure his clients receive excellent service. He uses his expertise, specifically with first-time home buyers and investors, to ensure a smooth transaction for his clients. Chris works closely with investors on opportunity costs, acquisition, repairs and consultation on investments.

Dustin Fox

Dustin Fox, alongside his wife, Devon, lead a top real estate team in the DC Metro area. High school sweethearts and devoted parents to three daughters, they have been in the real estate business for over eight years. Dustin is a fifth-generation DC Metro area resident with over 20 years of sales experience. He grew up in Oakton VA, is a Northern Virginia native, and is the best selling author of "Six Weeks to Real Estate Success."
