VA Elective CE: 2 hours (Each course listed below will give one hour of elective continuing education credit)

Termites Where Are They (1 hour) This course looks at some of the characteristics of termite infestation in homes from recognizing them to treating them.  It will also help you to help your client know what to expect when encountering Termite issues.

Wet Basements (1 hour) This course will investigate why wet basements are a homeowner’s number one problem and what you as a real estate professional should know to help your client in this situation.
