Walk-Throughs Gone Wrong: Preventing & Resolving Walk-through Problems (1-hour)
This course will review the key components necessary to prevent walk-through problems and learn methods to resolve those problems when they do arise. Time management, client control, and other suggestions will be given to minimize the impact walk-through problems have on the overall settlement.
To Survey, or Not To Survey? (1-hour)
In this course, we will discuss the reasons why a buyer would want to have a survey prepared in a residential real estate transaction, a general overview of what a surveyor does, how to read a survey, different types of surveys, common problems shown by surveys, and different solutions to address those problems when they arise.
