Spotlight on Decks (1 hour) This course will educate real estate professionals on deck construction, deck safety, and new deck products.
Plumbing Systems (1 hour) This course covers everything a real estate professional should know about a residential plumbing system including the most common problems and troubleshooting and how to service your clients' needs regarding plumbing in a home.
