The class will cover issues related to financing, home inspections, and title that can delay a settlement.  Additionally, this course provides a list of practical tips that can help to spot issues, prevent delays, and make the settlement process as smooth and seamless as possible.

Residential Title Insurance Coverage (1-hour)

A review of the different types of title insurance available in residential sales transactions, with an emphasis on the different coverages provided by standard and enhanced owner's title insurance policies.
