To Survey or not to Survey (1-hour)  In this course we will discuss the reasons why a buyer would want to have a survey prepared in a residential real estate transaction, a general overview of what a surveyor does, how to read a survey, different types of surveys, common problems shown by surveys, and different solutions to address those problems when they arise. 

1031 Exchange Basics (1-hour)  This course is designed to give students an in depth overview of 1031bExchanges, highlighting the benefits, when it is best used, rules, timelines, and risks. The class will also show agents how to identify a qualified facilitator to protect their clients from the most common mistakes.
