The NVAR Board of Directors has recently approved proposed revisions to the Association’s Bylaws. These amendments are now ready for member consideration and will be presented for a vote during this special membership meeting. Note: Only Realtor® members may cast a vote.

The proposed updates aim to: 

• Mitigate risk. 

• Reflect modern governance. 

• Align with industry best practices.
