MD CE: 1.5 hours

This CE course is designed to educate the real estate agent on how Wire Fraud schemes are created, how they are constantly changing, how they are targeted, the problems that can result if you are not vigilant and become a victim of a wire fraud scheme, how to protect their customers through education and communication, and how they can protect themselves from liability.

Cancellation requests are subject to a $5 processing fee. Course transfers are not accepted. “No Shows” will forfeit their registration fee.

The class will be held via Zoom.  The Maryland Land & Title Association will email you the course link the morning of the course.  All registrants must have a functioning webcam to earn credit and consent to being recorded.
