MD CE: 3 hours (required)
This class will provide you with a deeper understanding of NAR's Code of Ethics and Maryland's Ethics Laws and Regulations, as well as practical guidance to apply ethics guidelines to everyday situations. Predatory Lending and Flipping will be discussed. This class meets the NAR Membership requirement.
Cancellation requests are subject to a $5 processing fee. Course transfers are not accepted. “No Shows” will forfeit their registration fee.

The class will be held via Zoom. You will be emailed the course link by Maryland Land & Title Association a day prior to the course.
All registrants must have a functioning webcam to earn credit and consent to being recorded. You must be on time.
