Introducing E3 - Evaluate, Educate, Elevate

During his installation speech in December of 2021, NVAR President Reggie Copeland introduced a new initiative called E3- Evaluate, Educate, and Elevate, inspiring Realtors® to take action and better service our clients, our colleagues, and our community.  

Evaluate

Evaluating our business requires self-reflection and goal-setting. How are we currently managing our business plan, and how can this be improved? Are we operating fairly and ethically, and if not, what actions can we take to eliminate bias and achieve this? 

Educate

Advancing our education creates win-win outcomes for everyone in the real estate industry. When we educate ourselves, not only do we become better Realtors®, but everyone around us benefits, including our colleagues, clients, and the industry professionals we engage with every day.

Elevate

Elevating our success means something different to everyone. This can inspire volunteering more, getting certified to teach, or improving professionalism. When we elevate ourselves to a new level, we raise the bar across the industry.
