In the past decade, about 5-6 percent of all owned homes in the NVAR region were sold each year. In 2000, the turnover was about 8 percent. The pool of potential homes that might be sold has shrunk, which may be suppressing turnover.
Realtors® seeking to target their residential or commercial business plans to anticipated high growth markets with affluent demographics would do well to track current data center development, and planned expansions as demand continues to grow.
"Quit chasing and focus on attracting." A Realtor® who puts energy into generosity attracts people because they are seen as an ally rather than a nuisance".
Branding is critical to businesses survival, but the internet has transformed selling and a Realtor’s® branding needs to reflect this. A good website is a Realtor’s® best advocate. It needs to advocate 24-7, speak well and show subject matter expertise.

Thanks to the hard work of NV/RPAC Campaign Chair Christine Richardson and her team of volunteers, the 2016 NV/RPAC Silent Auction at the NVAR Convention was a tremendous success.
Every year, NVAR compiles legislative and regulatory policy goals for the following year. The legislative program is developed based on feedback and recommendations from NVAR members.
It is no coincidence that the mission of the NVAR Cares Committee is to help our association give back to our community. By so doing, NVAR members pay some of that “rent” through donations, sweat and good deeds for those in need.
Choosing a Realtor® is a personal decision. Agents who find creative ways to pique and hold a client’s interest have a better chance of maintaining long-term loyalty.
