Answer: Yes. The agency relationship is limited in scope to the services the client has selected. However, a limited service agent still owes all the same duties (e.g., confidentiality, protecting and promoting the interest of the client, etc.) to the client as a regular agent. Regardless which services are selected, the duties created by the agency relationship remain the same.
