The Ninja Business Planning course takes a hands-on approach to creating business, financial, and personal goals that will set you on the path to success in 2025. This one-day workshop is divided into three modules.

• Module one offers a complete business assessment of 2024, including an assessment of how you ran your business, expenses related to your business and where your transactions are generated.
• Module two focuses on goal setting for 2025. This includes creating a plan of weekly activities to generate a consistent business built on referral and repeat
  business. 
• Module three focuses on how to make the goals in module two a reality in 2025.

Agents should come prepared with a 2024 YTD agent report to fully evaluate their business over the last year and complete a plan for 2025.
