After the first day of sessions NVAR is hosting Homecoming. Nostalgia was felt as we eat, played games, danced. One of the most memorable part was the DUNK TANK. Fairfax High School Marching Band put on an amazing performance as well. All of this fun is how we honored the past 100 years of NVAR.

The second day's event was a celebration of the present of NVAR, with the NVAR Torch Games. We celebrated the present with competitive games, great food and drinks, and special recognition of our current members. We had a ceremonial passing of the torch.

The third and final celebration of the 2021 NVAR Convention and Trade Show was Toasting to the Future. Attendees came to NVAR headquarters for a wine and chocolate tasting, This event celebrated the last 100 years of NVAR and toast to the next 100 that are to come.

Shaping R Future

The members of NVAR have a tremendous impact on the real estate industry. With how much change we have seen in the last 100 years of NVAR's history, it's amazing to think of what the next 100 years have in store. To Shape the Future, its important to Honor the Past and Celebrate the present. The past is where we came from, and sets us on the path to Shape the Future. The present is where we are right now, where we make the decision to Shape the Future.

2021 Convention Chair Marriah Unruh shares her feelings about the NVAR Convention and Trade Show

The NVAR Convention and Trade Show is one of the best industry events of the year… and this year even more so because we are 100! Honoring this HUGE milestone, we’ll visit where we’ve been, where we are now, and where we are going. To be the NVAR Convention Advisory Group Chair in its 100th year Anniversary with an association that I’m extremely proud to be a part of, is simply one of the greatest honors of my real estate career.
