This course will cover six hours of Post Licensing Education helping licensees understand and apply the basic principles of Virginia contract law, including contract information, interpretation and enforcement, and the application of those principles to the standardized forms currently used in the Northern Virginia real estate market.  

MUST ATTEND BOTH EVENINGS TO RECEIVE CREDIT FOR THIS COURSE.  COURSE MEETS MARCH 19 & 20
