• Q: Where do I order a Top Producer Plaque?

• Q: To be a Diamond Member, do the 10-years need to be consecutive?

  No, the 10-year requirement to be a Diamond Member does NOT need to be consecutive. The 10-years have to be during the entirety of your membership.

• Q: My Bright MLS report does not show my commercial transactions or my lease agreements. How can I add these?

  A: You may include your annual rental volume and units, land sales, commercial transactions and out-of state transactions. Manually add these numbers to the value of your Bright MLS production report, and your Broker will verify and approve your total sales volume. 

• Q: I’ve been a top producer in my office for the last five years, can I use the Branding kit even though I didn’t apply for the NVAR Top Producer's Club?

  A: If you have been a top producer in your office and have not participated in the NVAR Top Producer's Club, you are not authorized to use the NVAR Branding Kit or the use of NVAR Top Producer Logo in your advertising, print or otherwise. Failure to present a true picture in advertising, such as credentials to which you are not entitled, is a possible violation of the Code of Ethics. 

   

• Q: Can I apply for past years as a NVAR Top Producer?

  A:Yes. Using the same application link, you would choose the year you are applying for using the drop down menu.  https://realtorshop.com/memberportal/awardsapplication/

• Q. When will my certificate be sent out?

  A:  Certificates will be sent out no later than 30 days after the closing date for applications. 

• Q: If I am a past NVAR Top Producer, can I continue to use the NVAR Top Producer Logo year over year.

  A:  The answer is yes and no. Yes, you can continue to use the general NVAR Top Producer logo, but you cannot use the logo with a year in which you did not earn Top Producer status.

• Q: Can you mail my certificate to my home?

  A:  NVAR sends all certificates to the Brokers Office to Celebrate your success at one of your sales meetings.

• Q. I applied in January, when will I receive my branding kit?

  A. An email will be sent to each member who applied with the updated Branding kit, 30 days after receipt of their application.

• Q: Can I bring a spouse or friend to the Top Producer Award Ceremony?

  A: Due to space limitations, we only allow NVAR members who have achieved the NVAR Top Producer award and their Brokers.  

• Q. How do I calculate my lease revenue?

  
  A. You would multiply the monthly rental fee by 12 months (annual lease) for the total revenue. Add this figure to your annual sales volume.
