To become a REALTOR®, you must first complete the REALTOR® Orientation Class.  There is no charge for the Class if you complete it within 60 days.  You understand that failure to complete the Orientation within 60 days after submitting the application will cancel the application, your application fee will be forfeited and all member services will be suspended.  You will then have to reapply and pay another application fee to start the process once again.  Please note: Your NVAR Membership is conditional until you complete this requirement.  Pre-registration is required.  Walk-ins are not allowed.
