The renewal deadline for D.C. Salesperson licensees is August 31, 2025.

The renewal deadline for D.C. Broker licensees is February 28, 2025.

Here's what you need to know:
  • D.C. currently does not have an online platform available to process or receive CE credits.
  • Please keep your Certificates of Completion for any CE classes you have taken during the past year.
  • If you have taken D.C. CE classes with NVAR, we are maintaining records of your attendance.
  • Once D.C. has the ability to accept and process CE credits for licensees, NVAR will submit the credits that we have on file.
  • If you are missing Certificates of Completion for any CE classes that you have taken this year from NVAR, please email education@nvar.com to request a replacement Certificate.
  • For questions about the D.C. renewal process, please contact the D.C. Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs. Licensees must create an online account to access your information.
