As a Redfin Listing Specialist, your job is pretty simple: delight your customers. You won't be thrown to the wolves or spend your days cold calling, door knocking, or direct mailing. You'll be working within a territory, helping sellers that come from our awesome website, all while you?re a full-time employee with benefits and a career.

What You'll Do

Respond to all listing requests, working to convert leads into Redfin listing clients
Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers
Work with clients to stage, price, and market homes
Train team members on open house best practices
Work closely with buyers? agents to negotiate contracts to closing
Network to source new business
Plan and host home selling classes on a regular basis
Spend most of your time working out in the field, working directly with clients and potential clients on all elements of selling their home
Be ready for variation in your schedule -- there is no such thing as a ?typical? work day

A Transaction Coordinator supports a team of agents by answering client questions, scheduling post-mutual events, and managing the escrow process. Manage escrow: you’ll guide clients through escrow, ensuring smooth, on-time closings

This is an account executive role based in our Leesburg, VA office with eTitle, a company that is seeking to grow and expand into new markets and services.  This person will develop high-level business relationships to sell title insurance and settlement services through existing and new clients, while creating strong business relationships throughout the community.  Our aggressive plans are to grow the Company from $20 million to $30 million in revenue within 12-24 months.  This position will report to the National Sales Director of eTitle.

eTitle is a full-service title company providing expert title insurance and real estate settlement services for residential, office, multi-family and mixed-use properties.  Founded in Michigan in 2000, our initial focus was providing title insurance coverage for financial institutions and their agents in the default service industry.  We have since expanded our geographical and customer focus to serve multiple states in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.  Today, we provide title coverage for the benefit of financial institutions, brokers, developers, builders, realtors, attorneys and other parties with a wide variety of real estate objectives.

•    Bachelor’s degree from a major university or commensurate experience.

Fast growing Settlement Company is seeking for an experienced Settlement Processor to join
our team in Annandale VA office. We are looking for full time and EXPERIENCED settlement
processor with the following requirements and duties/responsibilities:
If the following qualifications are met, we look forward to receiving your resume:
• Excellent communication and rapport with clients, lenders, and can work with other team
members to coordinate settlements.
• Process real estate settlement files from beginning to end, without or with minimal supervision.
• Establish new orders and review title abstracts.
• Obtain title commitment and review for accuracy.
• Review, analyze and clear closing conditions.
• Prepare and review Closing Disclosure and Settlement Statement by utilizing lender’s closing
instructions.
• Order, obtain and follow-up mortgage payoff statements, HOA statements, surveys, taxes and
subordination agreements when needed.
• Maintain closing schedule accurately.
• Knowledge of TSS is a plus.
Candidate must be detail-oriented, be able to perform multi-tasking, work well with colleagues
and have the ability to follow critical timelines and have top-notch people skills.
