| NVAR members have
a choice to make when selecting a lockbox key. Members may choose
between the basic DisplayKey or the premium eKey service. All
keys are leased from Supra, an independent company with which
NVAR maintains a contract-based relationship. Visit www.supraekey.com
for more information.
DisplayKEY
The DisplayKEY looks and operates a lot like the SuperKEY however
there are a few new features that make this key superior.
The DisplayKEY is the networked alternative to the SuperKEY.
It communications through an on-screen display, rather than
through beeps, allowing Agents to receive brief messages from
their Association or broker and error messages. With the DisplayKEY
Agents no longer need to drive to the lockbox to find out who
has shown their listing. With the information network accessible
via the World Wide Web, Agents will be able to log in to www.Supraekey.com
to find information on recent showings.
A monthly call to KIM to receive update codes is no longer
necessary with networked keys. Each night the key is placed
in the cradle provided. The next morning, the key is updated
and ready to go. No need to worry about replacing the key's
batteries. The batteries are automatically charged at night
while the key sits in its cradle.
eKey
Supra eKEY gives agents, brokers, Boards, and MLS/Associations
accurate, timely access and management for leads, listing and
property access. The eKey is a clamshell attachment to a PalmPilot
that not only opens lockboxes, but can access an integrated
network of vital real estate information.
Automatically updated each night, the eKey shows who has been
to your listing, including date, time, name, office name and
phone number, without having to drive to the listing to collect
business cards. The eKey can also receive MLS downloads by the
market area you've selected. Brokers can easily communicate
with their agents through the eKey to change the date or time
of a meeting, getting the word out quickly. Agent rosters are
also available through the eKey and are updated automatically.
Users can program their own PIN codes, shackle codes and KeyBox
access hours specifically tailored to a client's needs without
having to visit the Association. |
