The application must be signed by your Principal Broker/Sales Manager/Designated Appraiser before it will be processed. You also must present your Real Estate/Appraiser license. NVAR Member Orientation

To become a REALTOR®, you must successfully complete the REALTOR® Orientation Class. There is no charge for this class providing you complete it within 60 days. Failure to attend the REALTOR® Orientation Class within 60 days after submitting the application will cancel the application and application fee will be forfeited. You will then have to reapply and pay another application fee to start the process once again.

Note: Your NVAR Membership is conditional until you complete this requirement. Pre-registration is required. Walk ins are not allowed. Use the Orientation Sign Up Form provided in Adobe Acrobat form fillable format to schedule your class. If you have a question regarding scheduling, please call the Membership Department at 703/207-3256. After you complete the REALTOR® Orientation class, you have earned the designation, REALTOR®.
