Order Mailing Labels

Put the power of ShopRealtor® behind your next marketing push with NVAR Mailing Labels. NVAR will provide you with the names of our agents, the name of their firm and the address of their firm so you can focus on the message(s) you want to mail out.

Mailing labels are only available to Members by list type from the NVAR Realtor® Shop located at the NVAR Headquarters in Fairfax. List types include: Full Membership, New Members, Top Producer's Club, and the Broker List.

List Types Defined:

1. Full Membership: List of all current agents (Residential and Commercial).
2. New Members: Agents who have joined NVAR in the last six months.
3. Top Producer's Club: Agents who generated $4 million or more in sales last year.
4. Brokers: List of all NVAR brokers

Please note that envelopes, stamps, and mailers are not included.

All orders require five to seven business days to complete, and all orders must be paid in full prior to pick-up.

To place an order, fill out the form below. Members can also print this Mailing Label Form and submit the completed form to Jina Myers, Director of Marketing and Promotions, at jmyers@nvar.com. Order forms can also be dropped off or mailed to the NVAR Headquarters in Fairfax.
