Our association staff prides itself on professionalism. Whether engaging with you over the phone, in-person, or via email, our nationally certified “Great Place to Work” team offers world class customer service and support. Our staff regularly work with the Board of Directors, volunteer leaders, and our 29 committees to host events, both at NVAR headquarters and at various convenient locations across the area―now including Loudoun County.
All members can also access complimentary Continuing Education through our Realtor® School, as well as specialized resources such as translated summaries of four NVAR Standard Forms in Spanish, Korean, Vietnamese, Chinese (PRC) and Chinese (Taiwan). Whether you are a new or experienced Realtor®, Broker, or Top Producer, we are proud to support you as an NVAR member.
On the advocacy front, NVAR continues to strengthen relationships with policymakers on all levels of government, advocating for priorities like increasing housing supply, housing affordability, and expanding the American dream of homeownership. In fact, Washington Business Journal recently ranked NVAR as the #1 Business Advocacy Group in the DC Region, highlighting the impact of the real estate profession in our communities. In partnership with George Mason University’s Center for Regional Analysis, we recently released a Housing Economic Impact Report and a mid-year update to our 2024 NVAR Economic Forecast, both of which highlight the critical importance of the real estate industry on our region’s economic health.

1. Renew Your Membership
2025 Dues renewal is now open. Log into your account to pay your dues at NVAR.com/Dues and continue being a part of the Realtor® family here at NVAR, Virginia Realtors®, and the National Association of Realtors®. We are proud that we have not raised the local portion of your dues for over 20 years.
2. Get Involved and Apply for a 2025 Committee
The 29 volunteer leadership groups are the backbone of the association and profession. Apply today to represent the membership, collaborate with your peers, influence the industry, and develop your leadership experience.
3. Vote for the Board of Directors
The Board of Directors represents the highest level of leadership at NVAR. Learn about the 2025 Board of Directors Election and cast your vote starting September 6, 2024.
