We are looking for a personable and professional client services manager to help coordinate all aspects of a small boutique commercial/residential real estate company. Part time 5-6 hours per day M-F or full time 9-5 M-F.
Current or prior experience as an agent or agent assistant is a huge plus. Proximity to Chantilly a must. The position is available immediately.
Job Requirements: Must be comfortable with MS Office (complete suite), contact management systems, MRIS, real estate contract documents AND be very Internet savvy. Must have good people and telephone skills. The ability to multi-task is critical. Pay will be scaled from $14/hr up for part time or $30,000/year up for full time based upon skill sets with excellent
additional financial incentives and additional commissions. There are no benefits such as life, health or car insurance.

Job Duties include:
- database management
- transaction management - processing all real estate contract documents from contract to close
