NVAR has received this service notice from SentriLock regarding Hughes Net subscribers:
With the recent Hughes Net upgrade to their Gen 4 version, we have encountered an issue. The issue prevents agents from using the SentriLock Card Utility including the ability to renew their SentriCard. SentriLock has looked into this issue and determined that due to Hughes Net’s configuration with their newest Gen 4 version the SentriLock Card Utility will not function properly.
Other versions of Hughes Net along with all other ISP’s in your area function properly.
We have found this to only be an issue with the Gen 4 version of Hughes Net. This issue is beyond the control of SentriLock and is unable to be resolved by SentriLock.
