RPR announces the formation of a Strategic Alliance Partnership with Fannie Mae, which is focused on increasing efficiencies in the short sale approval process for REALTORS® and their clients.
One of the results of this partnership will be an expansion of the existing REO listing information available to REALTORS® in the RPR Application, and the delivery of new, and specialized training options. The overall strategy is designed to assist in reducing the time for REALTORS® to bring distressed properties to market, as well in a reduction in the time it takes to close the sale of these properties.
