If you receive a telephone call from a collection agency representative who states that you owe money to NVAR, please DO NOT provide any credit card or other payment information to the caller! It is not the practice of NVAR to refer unpaid accounts to a collection agency. If your account is delinquent, you may receive a telephone call, letter or email from an NVAR staff member, but never from a collection agency.
If you receive such a call, please contact our NVAR accounting department at 703-207-3254. We suggest that you also file a complaint with your local police department.
