| The Northern Virginia REALTORS® Political
Action Committee, (NV/RPAC) is your bi-partisan voice in politics.
NV/RPAC protects the real estate industry from onerous laws
and regulations that threaten your business. NV/RPAC will save
you countless dollars, making it easier to buy and sell real
estate.
One of the most interesting and important programs for NV/RPAC
is the candidate screening process. This program is initiated
when there are two or more candidates running for the same office
on a local, state or federal level. The NV/RPAC Trustees interview
the candidates and make an informed decision about who the PAC
will support. They seek candidates who champion REALTOR®
initiatives and who are willing to work with our legislative
agenda.
A key element of the political process and your involvement
is a contribution to NV/RPAC. Your contribution finances a war
against harmful proposals that threaten your business. Furthermore,
NV/RPAC helps elect candidates who will listen to our point
of view and support housing and real estate issues. Join thousands
