VREB Adds Three-Hour Class to Renewal Requirements - RSA

NVAR Offerings Now Available for the New Residential Standard Agency Course

Does your real estate license expire between July 1, 2012 and June 30, 2014? If your answer is ‘yes,’ then you need to take an additional class. The Virginia Real Estate Board has added a new renewal requirement that will apply to you. An additional three-hour Residential Standard Agency Course is now mandatory in order to renew those licenses.
